These evaluations are conducted with professionalism, discretion, and respect for your circumstances.

Each Substance Use Evaluation includes:

• A comprehensive clinical interview

• Detailed substance use history

• Mental health and psychosocial screening

• Review of legal or referral‑specific questions (when provided)

• Clinical impressions and risk assessment

• Written evaluation report with professional recommendations

When applicable and with proper authorization, the evaluation may also include:

• Review of relevant records or legal documentation

• Limited collateral information

• Ongoing therapy, counseling, or treatment is not included

• Completion of an evaluation does not guarantee specific legal outcomes

• Evaluations are typically completed in one structured appointment

• Sessions are conducted virtually (unless otherwise specified)

• Appointment length is approximately 90 minutes

• Written reports are completed within 5 business days following the evaluation

• Reports are delivered securely

Expedited reports or additional documentation may be available for an additional fee.
