Rates/Insurance

SELF-PAY

For clients without insurance and wish to pay for therapy sessions via cash or credit card, my fees are as follows:

45-50 minute session- $140
55-60 minute session-$165

Assessments ( 1 hour for ongoing clients and one time assessments)- $190

Sliding scale fee is also available depending on financial need.

Accepting Loveland vouchers.

At Lotus Holistic Wellness, the following insurances are accepted:

Any questions regarding co-payment/deductible please reach out to your insurance provider prior to the first session.

CANCELLATION POLICY

At Lotus Holistic Wellness, I understand that life can be unpredictable. However, in order to honor the time of client and therapist, I kindly request a 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. In the event of late cancellation or missed appointment, a fee may be applied (50% of the session cost) . I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting my 24-hour cancellation policy as I strive to provide the best possible care for all my clients.

NO SURPRISES ACT

The No Surprises Act is a federal law that went into effect on January 1, 2022 to protect people from unexpected medical bills. This is a federal requirement.
