PAYMENT OPTIONS
Rates/Insurance
SELF-PAY
For clients without insurance and wish to pay for therapy sessions via cash or credit card, my fees are as follows:
45-50 minute session- $125
55-60 minute session-$150
Assessments ( 1 hour for ongoing clients and one time assessments)- $175
Sliding scale fee is also available depending on financial need.

INSURANCE
At Lotus Holistic Wellness, the following insurances are accepted:
Medicare
Cigna
United Healthcare
CareFirst/BCBS
Tricare
Aetna
Any questions regarding co-payment please reach out to your insurance provider prior to the first session.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay 50% of the session cost.
